By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Late Arrivals
- A £10 late fee will be charged if you arrive 30 minutes late to your appointment.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
2. Payment
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via bank transfer at the time of your appointment.
3. Appointment Preparation
- Please arrive with clean lashes and no makeup to ensure the best results.
- Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning time, which could shorten your appointment duration.
4. Patch Tests
- Patch tests are available upon request. If you have any concerns about allergies or sensitivities, please book a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment.
5. No Extra Guests
- To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed during your appointment.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
